Q: Do RBI also provide facilities to non scheduled banks as same as to scheduled banks ?

Ans: Reserve Bank of India do not provide facilities to non scheduled banks like Scheduled banks. 
These facilities are related to pay the bills, direct lending , facilities related to money transfer, etc.
